1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk12 ("pk12", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk12 website at pk12.vip, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any other services operated under the pk12 brand.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, logging in to your pk12 account, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the pk12 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the pk12 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk12 platform and must not register an account.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pk12, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk12 is strictly an adult platform. Registrations by persons under 18 years of age are prohibited without exception.
• You must be a natural person accessing the platform in an individual capacity. Corporate accounts and nominee accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing pk12 from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pk12 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated pk12 account unless pk12 has expressly reinstated your account in writing.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) pk12 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (for JazzCash, Easypaisa, or SMS verification), and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account.

pk12 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at its sole discretion at any other time, pk12 may require you to submit identity documentation including but not limited to:

• A copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport;
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pk12 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All transactions on pk12 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk12 does not impose currency conversion charges for PKR transactions.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, IBFT transfers from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits apply per method and may be updated by pk12 from time to time.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. pk12 reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times are:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically 1–4 hours from approval;
• Bank transfer (IBFT): typically within 24 hours from approval;
• Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

pk12 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Deposits that cannot be matched to an account or that are made in error must be reported to pk12 support immediately.

You are solely responsible for all fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. pk12 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The pk12 platform offers sports betting (including cricket, football, basketball, and other markets), live casino games, and slot machines. Your use of each product is subject to these Terms and any specific product rules published on the platform.

All bets placed on pk12 are final once confirmed. pk12 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where the bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error;
• Where the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not proceed as originally scheduled, subject to specific event rules;
• Where pk12 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or in furtherance of prohibited conduct.

Winnings from sports bets and casino games are credited to your pk12 account balance upon settlement. pk12 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all slot and virtual games. Live casino games are supplied by licensed third-party providers whose dealing procedures are independently audited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk12 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered pk12 accounts only. New account bonuses are available once per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified per promotion.
• pk12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly, or the use of arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, pk12's determination shall be final.

7. Responsible Gaming

pk12 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Loss Limits: Define maximum losses per session before the platform intervenes;
• Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the period chosen and cannot be reversed early.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk12 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a third party's;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the pk12 platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider betting;
• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk12 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk12 platform — including but not limited to the pk12 brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive property of pk12 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the pk12 platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk12 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account.

pk12's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your pk12 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk12 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your pk12 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any positive balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

pk12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, pk12 may withhold balances pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk12 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published at pk12.vip/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, pk12 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the pk12 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk12 is incorporated. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk12 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting pk12 customer support in the first instance. pk12 will endeavour to respond to and resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
